Culturally-Competent Mental Health Providers

The Network is dedicated to training, equipping, and supporting Mental Health Professionals in Montana to provide culturally-competent psychological and psychiatric services to members of our First Responder agencies. Cultural Competency describes providers who, by lived- or trained- experience, understand First Responder Culture and can easily connect with First Responders to dive into their pressing concerns. To reduce the time and energy it often takes to find a compatible mental health professional, we have developed a "short list" of Network-Endorsed therapists that are willing and capable of treating first responders with a high level of competency in their given field and a dedication to serving this population.
